Harvest Moon Fest is a celebration of community, creativity, and the changing seasons, brought to life by The Making Place. The festival embodies TMP’s vision of fostering connection, inspiration, and hands-on learning through art, craft, and shared experiences. There are many ways to get involved: local businesses and organizations can support the festival through sponsorships, artists and makers can showcase their work in our vending booths, and community members can volunteer to help bring the magic to life. You can also contribute through donations for prizes, or participate in our beloved pie raffle by donating or entering a pie. Every act of involvement helps grow a vibrant, creative community and makes the festival a truly enchanting experience for all.

Volunteer for HMF
Volunteers are the heartbeat of Harvest Moon Fest! From helping with set-up and welcoming guests to supporting craft stations, vendor booths, and family activities, there are plenty of ways to lend a hand. Volunteering is a fun and rewarding way to be part of the magic while connecting with neighbors, artists, and makers. Each volunteer also receives free admission and a drink ticket as our way of saying thank you.
